I like to start and end each day in gratitude. No matter what is going on in someone's life there are always things (fruits) to be thankful for. My ritual is to sit in my hot tub (I do my best work in the water!) and speak out all of the things I am grateful for. Then, coming from that high vibratory space, I set my intentions for what I want to attract/manifest and what kind of person I intend to be for the day. "Today I am positive and focused on results!"
