Roots Create Fruits!
Think about it… how does an apple tree produce such red, delicious apples? How do peaches become so juicy? What causes plums to be so plump? It all happens from healthy ROOTS. Roots that distribute the needed nutrients to MAKE a Fruit. The healthier the root system, the healthier the fruits.
It’s the same with you and me…
Your “roots” are your core beliefs, most common thoughts, values and intentions. When these “roots” are healthy they produce rich, plump and abundant fruits: fruits like Success, Contribution, Peace of Mind, Love and Money. But when these “roots” are unhealthy, they either produce nothing or at best small, unappealing fruits: fruits like frustration, low self-esteem and pain.
Even though you can’t see the “roots” you can tell if they are healthy or not by looking at the “fruits”. Take a minute right now to assess where you’re at in this conversation. And, most importantly what are you willing to do TODAY to improve your “Roots”?

I like to start and end each day in gratitude. No matter what is going on in someone’s life there are always things (fruits) to be thankful for. My ritual is to sit in my hot tub (I do my best work in the water!) and speak out all of the things I am grateful for. Then, coming from that high vibratory space, I set my intentions for what I want to attract/manifest and what kind of person I intend to be for the day.
