		<description>Hi Richard,

I love the language you use in your post. You say you are saturating yourself with personal development material. That is a powerful vision. I just put some chicken breast in thai sauce to SATURATE. I know how yummy that&#039;s gunna taste...

And you say, your letting your mind go into bad neighborhoods. Ha, we all know what happens when we allow that.

Loved your post. Thanks,

LISA

		<description>Right On, Lisa!

I have been saturating myself lately with quotes, audio, books on action and self discipline. Get a result and focus on that! Yes! When I feel myself getting cynical about the law of attraction or creating intentions, I can easily trace the problem to my own lack of discipline when I decide to be honest with myself.

I am just plain not doing the work I set out to do. And I am letting my mind go into bad neighborhoods.

I have to use discipline to plan, take steps, maintain focus. To keep reeling in my attention from distractions, including beating myself up for mistakes. It takes discipline for me to reframe the thoughts I have in my head so they serve me and feel like energy. To keep my attention on what I want, and off of what I don&#039;t want. It is hard work, but it pays well!

I like the football analogy - I&#039;ll give it a try. Why wait till the evening?
