Step #1: Know What You Want

I know I said we would be diving into Step #2 of my
“4-Step System for Achieving Your Goals” in today’s
post. But I changed my mind.

Step #1 is far too important to rush through.
So, how did you do with identifying your purpose,
passions and natural talents? Identifying these is
your portal to knowing what you REALLY want to do,
be and have in life.

Remember the story I shared with you about how I
took out a sheet of paper, wrote the question,
“What lights me up?” at the top of the page and
instantly got present to 3 specific things?
That exercise (which is Step #1) is exactly what
you need to do to launch the power of the 4-Step
System.

CLARITY is Power! When you know what you want
you give yourself:

1.) A destination to move toward
2.) The space to attract all you need to make that
goal come into fruition.

1.) A Destination to Move Toward: Think of a G.P.S.

When you know the address of where you want to go
and you punch it into your GPS (Global Positioning
System), what happens? Your GPS says, “Calculating”
and it comes up with ALL of the steps you need to
take to GET TO YOUR DESIRED DESTINATION!
Does the GPS give you all the steps at once?
No, it gives you only the first step. But, this
computer software already KNOWS all of the steps
you need to take to get to where you want to go.
Your brain works the same way. Your brain is
software that you can program to give you the
path you need to take to get to where you want
to go.

The first step is to ‘program your brain’.
Tell it where you want to go and it will
‘calculate your exact path’. AND, you will be
given the first step. You must ACT on that step
right away. And when you do, the next step will
be revealed to you. (Remember the story of what
my first step was? “Buy a ticket to Paris and GO
create the 1st Mastermind Retreat!)
This is what we call “Inspired Action”. When you
obey inspired action, a whole new world opens up
for you! Be bold. Know that “Boldness Gets Rewarded”.

CLARITY is Power! When you know what you want
you also give yourself:
2.) The space to attract all you need to
make that goal come into fruition. Think of a seed…

A seed, when planted in the ground, will attract
ALL it needs to come to fruition. Now, if you were
to plant a carrot seed in the ground today and you
tended to it, what would you do on, let’s say,
day 10 if you didn’t see a sprout come up out of
the ground? Would you dig up that seed and wonder
what’s wrong with it? No! You would KNOW the seed
it growing, you just can’t see the progress ~ YET!
You KNOW that the seed attracts all it needs ~
nutrients, energy, sunlight ~ to grow and come
into fruition.

So, do the same thing with your Goals! Plant
them in your mind and heart. Tend to this seed
of desire (craft a Vision, speak your goals in
intentions, share your goal with others) and that
seed will attract ALL it needs to come into full
fruition.

And that, my friend, is the POWER you have as a
Spiritual being and a Physical being. Know what
you want. Put the ‘address’ into your GPS
(your brain). Obey ‘inspired action’ and ACT on
it. And, TRUST that your goal (that seed of desire)
will attract all it needs to be realized in the
physical and, in perfect timing, YOU WILL HAVE
your Goal.
